Local customers can request a return within 2 days after the order has been delivered. After this period, we can no longer accept the return.

  • Items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging.
  • Use your shipping page tracking to confirm the exact delivery date.
Worldwide customers

For international orders shipped outside our local area.

7 days after delivery

Worldwide customers can request a return within 7 days after the order has been delivered. This longer window allows for international transit and customs.

  • The 7‑day period starts from the confirmed delivery date in your tracking.
  • Return shipping costs and customs fees may apply depending on your country.
  • Items must arrive back to us in original, re‑sellable condition.
